Performance Marketing Analyst @ Filevine

The Performance Marketing Analyst is responsible for the upkeep and hygiene of data from Filevine’s lead generation machine. This position will work with other members of the Demand team to define and create accurate reporting, both high level and granular, in order to optimize the customer acquisition machine at Filevine.

Reports to: Head of Performance Marketing

What you will do: From integrating forms to generating reports, the Performance Marketing Analyst will be keeping tight reins on all data coming in through lead generation channels and ensuring its integrity throughout the marketing and sales reporting funnels. You will regularly audit performance marketing data, surface any discrepancies or problems you find, and create a robust reporting engine to ensure our lead and pipeline generation engine is running on all cylinders; all while collaborating with other team members to create solutions to minimize such discrepancies. The Performance Marketing Analyst will collaborate with other Demand Team members to refine metric and attribute definitions for company-wide adherence. You will work with members of the Performance Marketing team to create both high level and granular reports from marketing and sales data according to specifications as defined by business goals.

Qualifications:

1-3 years experience working with B2B marketing operations
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Experience with Domo, Zoho or similar analytical platforms
Familiarity with Hubspot, Salesforce
SQL or similar data query language proficiency
