Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a Technology or Business related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • 3+ years of Product Management experience, creating strategic roadmaps and working with multiple cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity product categories such as Vulnerability Management, PAM, Attack Surface Management, EDR/XDR, SIEM, SOAR, NGFW
  • Knowledge of IoT, OT, and the emerging category of Cyber-Physical Systems Protection Platforms
  • Experience influencing product vision, go-to-market strategy, and driving design discussions
  • Experience managing day-to-day technical decisions and product design direction
  • Experience effectively working with multiple cross-functional areas such as Marketing, Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success
  • Ability to influence multiple cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
Responsibilities
  • Define and maintain the Phosphorus product roadmap in collaboration with the broader Product Team and cross-functional leaders across the company
  • Work with key internal and external stakeholders to assess customer pain points, market transitions, and threat landscape trends to establish business goals and develop prioritized product requirements
  • Utilize internal Product Team tooling to manage the prioritized Backlog and create Epics, Stories, and Tasks, as necessary
  • Partner closely with Engineering and Design to ensure that the scope for each effort is clear, requirements are understood, and projects are developed, tested, and released
  • Work with Marketing, Sales Operations, and Engineering to drive the prioritized efforts through the New Product Introduction process
  • Work with Product Marketing and Sales Enablement to develop product messaging and positioning
  • Analyze industry trends, emerging threat actor campaigns, and adjacent category leaders to inform the product roadmap
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Operations, and Customer Success to launch new products and features, test performance and adoption, and iterate quickly
  • Provide product subject matter expertise in support of prospect engagements, customer presentations, customer user groups, and industry conferences
  • Identify and work with technology partners that can provide complementary functionality, unlock new market opportunities, and expand the reach of the core Phosphorus xIoT Security product
  • Interact with industry analysts to amplify how uniquely positioned Phosphorus is to lead and expand the xIoT Security category
  • Mentor new PMs and Developers
