Requirements

  • Strong budgeting, financial analysis, and sales experience.
  • Knowledge of fair housing regulations.
  • One to three years of experience as a Property Manager in the multifamily housing industry.
  • Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed, plus occasional travel for company events or meetings.
  • Ability to perform regular sitting, standing, walking, hand and arm use, occasional climbing, and extended computer or telephone use.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds independently and occasionally up to 50 pounds with assistance.
  • Ability to respond promptly to visual and auditory alarms and work indoors and outdoors in varied weather conditions.
Responsibilities
  • Own the property's financial performance by meeting occupancy and net operating income goals.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting to regional leadership.
  • Execute pricing and marketing strategies based on market trends and competitors to maintain strong occupancy.
  • Identify and implement operational efficiencies without sacrificing quality or resident experience.
  • Conduct regular property and vacant-unit inspections to ensure smooth operations and adherence to regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Partner with maintenance teams and vendors to ensure prompt, high-quality service resolution.
  • Create a high-quality living experience for residents, foster community engagement, support renewals, and maintain a positive reputation.
  • Hire, train, and lead a high-performing on-site team.
  • Set goals, coach team members, and conduct regular performance check-ins.
  • Build a culture of accountability, empowerment, and recognition.
  • Participate in team functions and regional or company activities.
Desired Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • Industry designation certifications such as CPM, CAM, or RMP.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Proficiency with SharePoint and ADP.
  • Experience with Yardi, Entrata, Asana, and EliseAI.
