Responsibilities
  • Watch for unusual, illegal, or dangerous activities on the premises and patrol hallways, parking lots, stairwells, lobbies, bars, and restaurants.
  • Respond to guest and employee incidents, including rule enforcement, guest vehicle issues, and access problems involving rooms or offices.
  • Assist law enforcement, emergency medical services, and fire services.
  • Provide first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
  • Investigate guest accidents and file related reports.
  • Assist with housekeeping calls after hours.
  • Assist with maintenance calls after hours.
  • Monitor and file key-control records for the resort property.
  • Secure and unsecure operational areas for staff.
  • Receive and record lost-and-found items.
  • Provide medical and safety equipment to staff.
  • Monitor gas meters and report findings to corporate personnel.
  • File all necessary incident reports.
  • Patrol the resort property by vehicle or on foot and report suspicious behavior.
  • Assist with shuttle service calls after hours.
  • Assist with ski valet service calls after hours.
  • Observe and report hazardous roof-snow conditions.
  • Monitor and check sprinkler shutoffs and association-parking or rule violations.
  • Maintain and enforce trespassing rules on the resort property.
  • Enforce federal, state, local, and resort rules on the property.
Desired Qualifications
  • Military, law enforcement, security, emergency medical services, firefighter, or other first responder experience is preferred but not required.
  • Previous security, hospitality, customer service, military, or emergency response experience is preferred.
