Requirements
- Prior work or life experience in a relevant field
- Currently enrolled as a Senior in a Bachelor’s program or a recent graduate with a major in Media, Marketing, Advertising, or similar field (a degree is not required)
Responsibilities
- Create and coordinate the production of final artwork, including vector art manipulation and creative layouts
- Ensure accurate building of files according to creative intent and vendor specifications
- Work on high visibility clients and collaborate with Project Managers, Designers, and Creative Directors
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of project requirements, scope, and deliverables
- Ensure smooth movement of files and deliverables through the Studio Production team, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality and accuracy
- Coordinate all art elements from various sources, including Art Director's files, artwork from re-touchers, illustrators, copy from Writers, and printing specifications from Print Production and outside vendors
- Build digital art files from all art elements, including Art Director's files and printing specifications
- Prepare and check files for accuracy and correct file formats before submitting to team members
- Continually communicate with team members throughout a project to make changes and receive new elements as the project progresses
Desired Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G-Suite in a Mac environment
- High attention to detail in work and communication
- Ability to maintain timelines, priorities, and organize work
- Positive attitude and ability to work and succeed in a team environment
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
