  • Craft compelling narratives that clearly communicate DexCare's value proposition and address buyer persona pain points
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and integration of product messaging into broader campaigns
  • Go-to-Market Strategy and Competitive Analysis:
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats
  • Contribute to the development and execution of go-to-market plans for new product launches, ensuring cross-functional alignment and a coordinated marketing approach
  • Conduct regular analysis of competitors' products and marketing strategies to inform our own approach
  • Content Creation and Sales Enablement:
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with the necessary tools, resources, and training to effectively communicate the value of our products to prospects and customers
  • Create a variety of marketing content such as product collateral, sales enablement materials, presentations, website content, infographics, and blog posts
  • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, events, and promotions, to drive product awareness, demand, and adoption
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, marketing, or a related role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to translate technical details for a non-technical audience
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Highly organized with strong project management abilities
  • Note: Our tech stack is built with Confluence, SharePoint, Salesforce, Groove, and Gong

  • Experience in healthcare technology, preferably patient engagement, and access solutions a plus
  • Passion, enthusiasm, energy, humor, team player mentality and the ability to convey this through communication and presentation skills
