Requirements
- Product Messaging and Positioning:
- Develop a deep understanding of our customer segments and buyer personas to differentiate our value proposition and expand types of users and use cases for DexCare
- Craft compelling narratives that clearly communicate DexCare's value proposition and address buyer persona pain points
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and integration of product messaging into broader campaigns
- Go-to-Market Strategy and Competitive Analysis:
- Stay up to date on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats
- Contribute to the development and execution of go-to-market plans for new product launches, ensuring cross-functional alignment and a coordinated marketing approach
- Conduct regular analysis of competitors' products and marketing strategies to inform our own approach
- Content Creation and Sales Enablement:
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with the necessary tools, resources, and training to effectively communicate the value of our products to prospects and customers
- Create a variety of marketing content such as product collateral, sales enablement materials, presentations, website content, infographics, and blog posts
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, events, and promotions, to drive product awareness, demand, and adoption
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, marketing, or a related role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate technical details for a non-technical audience
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
- Highly organized with strong project management abilities
- Note: Our tech stack is built with Confluence, SharePoint, Salesforce, Groove, and Gong
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare technology, preferably patient engagement, and access solutions a plus
- Passion, enthusiasm, energy, humor, team player mentality and the ability to convey this through communication and presentation skills
- Intellectually curious; you want to understand everything about our customers & market opportunity
- Comfortable working in a complex and ever-changing environment
