Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 1-year relevant experience.
  • CPA & Public Accounting experience preferred.
  • Understanding of US GAAP or IFRS and applicable industry standards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and detailed oriented.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare period-end reconciliations and account analyses.
  • Prepare period-end journal entries.
  • Reconcile bank accounts accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Participate in month-end and quarter-end close activities, reporting and analysis.
  • Assist with the annual financial statement audit and tax filings.
  • Assist with timely billing of new and recurring customer contracts.
  • Assist with supplier set-up and onboarding for new customers.
  • Assist with set-up and onboarding of new vendors.
  • Reconcile and review corporate card expenses in accordance with organizational policies.
  • Analyze and report daily cash activity.
  • Maintains proper controls in accordance with procedures for accounting and reporting.
  • Work on ad-hoc reporting and reconciliation activities for internal and external analysis.
