Requirements
  • 2-year fluid power degree or related formal training in industrial technology, mechanics, or related field preferred
  • Fluid Power Certification preferred
  • 2+ years of increasing sales experience, with at least 1 year in industrial sales
  • Previous experience in sales of industrial repair services of hydraulic equipment preferred
  • Experience with rebuilding and repair of hydraulic equipment of both mobile and industrial machinery a plus
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer proficiency required
  • Valid driver's license
  • Overnight travel may be required
Responsibilities
  • Create a sales plan to develop new customers and maintain existing accounts
  • Conduct full cycle prospecting activities including qualification of leads, cold calls, and sales presentations
  • Collaborate with customer service and technical support teams to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Utilize tools, resources, and CRM to plan and manage time and territory
