Requirements
- 2-year fluid power degree or related formal training in industrial technology, mechanics, or related field preferred
- Fluid Power Certification preferred
- 2+ years of increasing sales experience, with at least 1 year in industrial sales
- Previous experience in sales of industrial repair services of hydraulic equipment preferred
- Experience with rebuilding and repair of hydraulic equipment of both mobile and industrial machinery a plus
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Computer proficiency required
- Valid driver's license
- Overnight travel may be required
Responsibilities
- Create a sales plan to develop new customers and maintain existing accounts
- Conduct full cycle prospecting activities including qualification of leads, cold calls, and sales presentations
- Collaborate with customer service and technical support teams to meet and exceed sales goals
- Utilize tools, resources, and CRM to plan and manage time and territory
