Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all product development and product management across Global Markets to ensure the products are best of breed, innovative and fit well together across all businesses.
  • Drive innovation and new product development across all products lines working closely with sales leads to focus on innovations that solve clients’ workflow, liquidity, and research needs.
  • Work closely with the corporate strategy team on inorganic opportunities which can accelerate product development and drive growth.
  • Act as representative / proxy for the head of Global Markets as necessary on regional and global committees.
  • Lead execution strategy framework as well as key objectives while engaging in business unit to align business strategy with the overall enterprise.
  • Oversee the CAO function in Global Markets, which support tactical and strategic efforts across multiple areas, risk, business strategy, transformation, cross functional initiatives and presentation materials.
  • Oversight of the product management functions across Global Markets responsible for managing a portfolio of initiatives and allocating resources to ensure effective execution of new initiatives.
  • Manage the performance analytics functions which produces key business metrics including revenue attribution, client metrics, benchmarking, and business forecasting across Global Markets.
  • Responsible for monitoring key business metric and results working closely with the business heads in Global Markets to ensure key objectives are met in regard to sales and client analytics in conjunction with the business development team.
  • Manage the business IT demand process ensuring that IT resources are properly prioritized across initiatives to maximize ROI.
  • Partner with Business Risk Management (BRM) and business heads to ensure a strong risk and control culture is instilled across the group globally.
  • Be the central point of contact for all enterprise-wide initiatives at State Street.
  • Work closely with the business heads and corporate strategy groups to foster a culture of innovation in Global Markets.
