  • This role will accomplish two goals:
  • Ensure we continue capturing revenue from our XM product and
  • Free up our AE team to prospect and close larger enterprise deals. We are adding to our current team as we expand this motion and begin to take on more opportunities for high velocity wins
  • Consistently met performance metrics in previous roles
  • 1 + years experience in one of the following areas; Sales, Business Development, Customer Experience, Customer Success, or similar fast-paced environment
  • Spent some time working in Momentive developing a comprehensive understanding of our products and building relationships and connections
  • You love beating your target and helping your teammates do the same
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and experience - this is a new sales motion that requires navigating ambiguity, proactive experimentation, testing feedback and constant iteration. Solving for the unknown is essential in this role

Responsibilities
  • Conduct inbound transactional sales for the high velocity sales team through new go-to-market mechanisms for Momentive. This sales motion will be conducted over chat, phone calls, video calls, and opportunities routed to the HV team from the Enterprise sales team
  • Consult with clients to help them choose the right plan for their needs, sell and close SurveyMonkey Enterprise plans
  • Consult with cross-functional teams on strategy, implementation, and opportunities for growth
  • Navigate a high volume of inbound product and sales inquiries, helping prospects determine the best product for their needs
  • Help prospects and current users understand the differences between our products and ensure they are purchasing the right solution
