Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
  • At least 8 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company is required.
  • Experience in operational planning, including headcount planning, financial allocations, product roadmaps, or serving in a chief of staff capacity within a technology company or technology consulting firm is required.
  • Experience working with and analyzing data and managing multiple projects is required.
Responsibilities
  • Establish, refresh, and scale centralized guidelines across Knowledge and Information product areas, including operational direction for location strategy, hiring principles, and site tiering.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to execute central resourcing initiatives and eliminate operational friction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional working groups to assess the impact of artificial intelligence on workforce composition and operationalize initiatives to test ongoing hypotheses.
  • Synthesize data for Business Health Staples, track structural metrics, and generate insights for executive leadership review.
  • Coordinate with the Strategic Planning working group to align resourcing with annual and multi-year planning gates.
  • Ensure talent, headcount, and operational capital are positioned against long-term product and organizational visions.
  • Drive alignment, clarity, and operational execution across Knowledge and Information product areas.
  • Solve complex organizational challenges, accelerate business velocity, and drive alignment across strategic priorities.
  • Drive the comprehensive Knowledge and Information resource roadmap.
Desired Qualifications
  • A master's degree, Master of Business Administration, or advanced degree in a business or quantitative discipline.
  • Experience with strategic planning, specifically aligning resourcing with multi-year Long-Range Planning and annual budgeting cycles.
  • Quantitative expertise tracking organizational composition metrics, including level mix, role mix, and site co-location benchmarks.
  • Experience leveraging artificial intelligence workflows or automation frameworks to optimize complex operational systems and forecast long-term talent structures.
  • A track record of translating complex corporate data sets into executive-ready presentations and guidance briefs.
  • Agility in handling pivots in business strategy and resulting changes in scope or priorities.
