Requirements
  • Two to five years of experience in Accounts Payable.
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver’s License and ability to drive on behalf of company business.
Responsibilities
  • Embrace Forgen’s Core Values in all aspects of the job.
  • Perform the roles and responsibilities for Accounts Payable Administrator as listed on the Accountability Chart.
  • Receives, codes, and processes vendor invoices; internal check requests and employee expense reports; maintains packing/receiving slips and matches invoices. Verifies invoices for quantity, unit pricing, extensions, and applicable discounts. Obtains approval from appropriate personnel.
  • Reconciles monthly vendor statements to ensure all payments have been made.
  • Receives and answers phone calls from vendors or other employees in regard to payment status of invoices.
  • Resolves payment discrepancies and disputes on behalf of the company.
  • Maintains monthly recurring invoices and payments.
  • Maintains accounts payable vendor files.
  • Processes year end Form 1099.
  • Perform additional assignments and special projects as directed.
Desired Qualifications
  • Construction industry experience preferred.
  • Contract administration experience a plus.
