Responsibilities
  • Build your portfolio of coaches by scouting, reaching out, pitching, and convincing them to partner with Lenus
  • Manage and support a portfolio of 15–20 health and fitness coaches, helping them grow their businesses sustainably and positively impact their clients' lives
  • Collaborate on strategies that blend innovative marketing, smart sales tactics, and tailored business development initiatives to enhance our coaches’ impact
  • Foster trust-based relationships with coaches that go beyond transactions, making you their go-to collaborator
  • Coordinate and manage projects precisely, participate in key meetings, and deliver exceptional service in line with Lenus’s commitment to quality
