Requirements
  • 3+ years of employee benefits experience, to include group medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and ancillary products
  • This position requires a Texas General Lines Life & Health insurance license, to be obtained within sixty days of employment and maintained throughout employment
  • Excellent verbal and written communications
  • Proficient in computer software applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and Adobe
  • Experience with BenefitPoint and ImageRight are helpful
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is helpful
  • High school or equivalent
Responsibilities
  • Managing pre-renewal, renewal and enrollment processes
  • Serving as a resource to clients on daily service needs, current market conditions and regulatory changes
