Requirements
  • 5 years of previous Sourcing, Contracting and/or Business-related experience; significant experience required in the sourcing of Technology services, specifically
  • 5 or more years of procurement, contracting, negotiations, and sourcing experience in the Software and SaaS categories
  • 5 or more years procurement contracting, negotiations, and sourcing experience in the of Professional Services Categories with a focus on IT Professional Services and Application Development and Maintenance Services
  • Experience in the Financial Services and/or Banking Industry is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's or equivalent degree from an accredited College or University; MA/MBA preferred
Responsibilities
  • Establish strong relationships with internal business / IT functional stakeholders; build a strong understanding of strategic business direction, requirements and priorities across assigned projects, suppliers and/or spend categories.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Citi’s policies and procedures related to supplier selection, contracting and ongoing management, ensuring all requirements are met and documented throughout the end-to-end process.
  • Develop and manage RFP processes to support business, category and project strategies
  • Perform financial analysis including demand scenario modeling, P&L impact analysis and benchmark comparisons to support supplier selection and negotiation processes
  • Develop, lead and/or manage a portfolio of initiatives across the end-to-end sourcing and contracting process
  • Lead the development and execution of negotiation strategies for assigned projects
  • Lead contract negotiations, partnering with Legal and business function, to optimize overall value including financial outcomes, service levels and risk mitigation
  • Manage supplier relationships with a focus on quality, service, delivery, risk and cost.
