Pay Range:

$32.00 - $48.30Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical Surgical unit. Ideal candidates in this setting are incredibly important members of the medical team who have the humbling task of caring for our sickest and most vulnerable patients. RNs not only provide high-quality medical care, but they also provide a healing touch and a compassionate presence to patients and their families during joyful, stressful and uncertain times.

Department: Medical/Surgical Unit
Core Function: Nursing
Schedule: Full-Time Day Shift | 36 hours/week; Every other weekend rotation
Facility: Good Shepherd Hospital
Location: Shelbyville, IL
Compensation: Based on experience, plus shift differentials for night, weekend shift differentials

Education Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred.

Experience Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare is preferred.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice is required.
• Wisconsin: RNs may practice with a valid multi-state RN license as outlined in the Nurse Licensure Compact rules.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
