- Write a variety of technical articles, reports, brochures, and manuals for documentation for a wide range of uses
- Coordinate the display of graphics and the production of the document
- Create an online training tool for the case management application using Adobe Captivate
- Continue development of Adobe Captivate training snippets (approximately 40 of around 100 currently completed)
- Update existing Captivate snippets to reflect system and process changes
