Requirements
  • 8+ years of demonstrated Channel leadership experience in driving a high performing sales team
  • Ability to travel across the Asia Pacific territory up to 25%
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com and Power BI

Responsibilities
  • Set APAC regional sales strategy and vision to deliver profitable top-line growth and increased market share. Develop strategies to achieve business goals, including the creation and execution of strategies, including scaling MSP business through APAC-based distribution.
  • Identify new opportunities and markets using market data, customer research and insights, competitive intelligence, and needs in the market to support the expansion and optimization of existing products, the introduction of new products, and customer segmentation initiatives that will drive partner experience and create new revenue streams for the company.
  • Leverage your channel expertise to build sales and partner capacity plans with distribution partners that accommodate and allow for fast pivots for the complex dynamics across the Asia Pacific landscape.
  • Plans, monitors, and appraise team performance with quick pivots to corrections of error plans for areas of underperformance.
  • Build and consistently evolve the sales team to always meet the evolving requirements of our partners, including continued evaluation of internal training requirements.
  • Experience in building impactful sales goals/comp plans that drive the necessary behavior of team members to achieve the outcomes required in the business.
  • Represent the voice of the NinjaOne MSP’s/partners with Product Development, advocating for them and representing their input on future roadmap requirements and opportunities to improve overall partner experience.
  • Establish trust-based relationships with executive leadership within top NinjaOne partners, including distributors, creating the ability to influence sales outcomes while providing an escalation path for issue resolution.
  • Establish and execute regional forecasting rhythm driving predictable and consistent sales target achievement.
  • Represents the APAC business efforts, including sales updates, competitive trends, risks and opportunities in regular executive management meetings.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
  • Constantly analyze the capabilities of our distribution partners and recommending pivots to where better MSP support can be realized.
