Requirements
  • Develop lockin and/or nano-voltmeter based low noise spintronic measurements with a GMW
  • Axis magnetic field set up. 3. Integrate DC and pulsed voltage control into the low noise measurement for real time voltage driven magnetization switching experiments
  • Measure and analyze ferroelectric polarization vs. voltage for multiferroic materials with different stack configurations and provide feedback to growth
  • Perform voltage driven magnetization switching measurements, with magnetization read out through effects such as inverse spin Hall effect, anomalous Hall effect, planar Hall effect, etc
  • This internship has a 3 month duration with the possibility to extend it as per business needs

Desired Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in electrical data acquisition, data acquisition programming, data analysis, and electrical testing of spintronics devices
