Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering or a related field (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
  • Proactive attitude, sense of responsibility, and willingness to learn
  • Ability to manage workload and work under pressure
  • Good knowledge of Excel and IT tools
  • Results-oriented mindset with a pragmatic and customer-focused approach
  • Fluent in Italian and English (Spanish is a plus)
Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure alignment with company targets and policies
  • Support the definition of optimal stock levels, balancing service level and working capital
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain stock targets and ensure operational continuity
  • Analyse production constraints and identify opportunities for capacity improvement
  • Monitor and update KPIs in line with company standards
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Coating Planning team
Desired Qualifications

  • Spanish language proficiency is a plus
