Requirements
- Proven track record of optimizing large, multi-million page websites
- Knowledge of Search Engine algorithms, technical and content SEO skills with the ability to evaluate HTML, CSS and Javascript for SEO purposes
- Experience with technical site audits and working with web analytics suites, such as Google Analytics and Search Console
- A strong collaborator with stellar communication skills (oral, written, and listening)
- Has a positive, “whatever it takes” attitude and a real passion for learning
- Thrives in a challenging and fast-paced environment
- Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing or related field
- Experience with creating back linking strategies that drive domain authority
- 3+ years of experience in an SEO focused position, ideally in the B2B SaaS industry
- Proficient in Google docs, slides, sheets or equivalent (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel), as well as Google Analytics and Google Search Console
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute SEO campaigns
- Identifying and targeting long-tail keyword opportunities
- Manage the content strategy for our blog and content marketing efforts
- Optimizing website architecture and navigation
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Regularly reporting on progress and results to stakeholders
- Identifying and mitigating technical SEO issues
- Continuously monitoring and analyzing the site's performance and making recommendations for improvement
