Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, civil) or a related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of professional experience, with at least 10 years in project/program management roles specific to power transmission and distribution projects.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the leadership of the Program Management Business related to Power: establish, lead, and develop the new program management business focused on power transmission and distribution, and set strategic goals ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and supporting proposal development and contract negotiations.
  • Oversee the delivery of program management services, ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.
  • Direct large-scale, multi-project portfolios in the power transmission and distribution sector, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Recruit, mentor, develop, and lead a high-performing team of program and project managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, entrepreneurship, accountability, and professional development.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve policies, procedures, and management systems to support program delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders, serving as a primary point of contact for strategic accounts.
  • Collaborate with other divisions, especially Power and Renewables, to ensure integrated service offerings and leverage organizational capabilities.
  • Work with Project Management Office staff to implement best practices on all power related programs.
  • Travel extensively to client sites, project locations, and company offices as required (anticipated 40–60% of the time).

  • Advanced degree is preferred.
  • PMP, PgMP, or similar professional certifications are strongly preferred.
  • Proven leadership in building and scaling program management organizations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client and partner relationships.
  • Results-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
