  • 2+ years of experience performing healthcare audits, investigations, grievances, and complaints
  • Experience working with multiple state regulations
  • Demonstrated time management skills and change management

Responsibilities
  • Perform audits on cases to identify areas of risk

  • Perform investigation actions as assigned by management
  • Maintain current working knowledge on regulatory requirements
  • Work in collaboration with General Managers and attend meetings
  • Collaborate with colleagues on audits and projects
  • Monitor jurisdictions daily and present escalations to management
