Envestnet is seeking a passionate and talented Technology Business Management Analyst (TBM Analyst) to join our Enterprise Services team.

Job Responsibilities:     

• Review Epics and determine if they meet the criteria for Capitalization
• Manage time tracking groups in Jira
• Produce Reports for Month end reporting
• Assist managing activities in suspense to drive them to closure
• Participate in routine IDS audits
• Provide weekly progress reports to the business regarding timesheet compliance
• Generate Month end time tracking compliance reports

Required Qualifications:      

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
• Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Excel and reports
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities with customer service orientation
• Self-starter and flexible team player
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing processes and procedures
• Strong project management abilities

Preferred Qualifications:       

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with concentrations in Business or Accounting
• Experience working in a technology related field considered favorable
• Experience working with business intelligence tools like PowerBI desirable
• Experience in handling IDS (Internally Developed Software) capitalization process is a plus.
