Requirements
  • College degree in Film, Television Production, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably within the Financial Services industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere), as well as familiarity with relevant production software.
  • Working knowledge of studio and green screen production, along with video and audio production equipment, including professional cameras, lighting, and sound recording techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address issues that arise during production and a basic understanding of PC troubleshooting.
  • Experience in live corporate event settings, with a strong understanding of broadcast and production technology, including video, audio, and lighting transport standards.
  • A friendly and helpful attitude toward producers and stakeholders, with the ability to communicate clearly and respectfully in written and in-person interactions.
  • Willingness to assist team members and maintain responsiveness through email and video calls.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal clients and stakeholders to produce multimedia content that aligns with project goals.
  • Provide comprehensive production support for in-studio, remote, and on-location shoots, including scripting, storyboarding, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Assist in the management and maintenance of the New York City video studio, including testing new equipment to ensure readiness for production activities.
  • Plan and coordinate video shoots, which involves location scouting and scheduling.
  • Select and hire crew and talent while managing logistical arrangements for production.
  • Record and edit video and audio content, ensuring high-quality outputs that meet the firm’s standards.
  • Manage the video library and archive project media for future reference.
  • Prepare and organize studio spaces, operating camera, audio, and lighting equipment as needed.
  • Provide virtual production support, including teleprompting assistance.
  • Collaborate with the Video Production Lead to maintain equipment inventory and ensure studio cleanliness.
