Responsibilities
  • Establish OCDO and OCDO Manager role
  • Identifying and/or developing frameworks and methodologies for technology projects
  • Overseeing the IT project portfolio alignment with business objectives
  • Developing and governing technology portfolio management processes
  • Providing guidance and support to IT project managers
  • Monitoring technology project progress and reporting
  • Managing technology-related audit risks and recommendations
  • Ensuring technology delivery best practices are followed
  • Developing and implementing resource allocation plans
  • Leading continuous improvement initiatives
  • Developing and applying quality management processes
  • Managing relationships with stakeholders
  • Recording and communicating information accurately
  • Collaborating with department leaders to define and track work portfolio
  • Drafting and improving OCDO policies and processes
  • Coaching and mentoring team members
