Requirements
  • You are an experienced finance professional that has either helped deliver Workday Financials within your own organisation, or is an existing user of Workday Financials
  • You have developed an affinity with Workday Financials and are considering a move into technology consulting
  • You are an expert in Finance Transformation Consulting as a Solution Architect
  • You have the ability to think beyond technology and understand how to align solutions with strategic business outcomes like revenue growth, cost reduction, and improved customer satisfaction
  • Able to build relationships with senior stakeholders such as chief architects and the Head of Technology and often C-suite executives, becoming a trusted advisor and bridging the gap between technology and business
  • You are proficient in designing and implementing integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems using APIs, middleware and legacy platforms
  • You have strong digital, data and business analysis skills and the ability to work both independently and drive teams to deliver
  • Demonstrable record of managing people, including onshore and offshore resources
Responsibilities
  • Taking responsibility for the overall solution design of our client facing Workday Financials projects, including design of the Foundational Data Model
  • Ensuring deliverables across the functional, integrations and data workstreams are consistent and of a high quality
  • Working at all levels within our clients’ organisations from C-suite to finance team members to ensure all stakeholder needs are met
  • Significant contributions to business development activities, whether it is delivering demos and discovery workshops or taking responsibility our technical offering
  • Constant engagement with our Workday PM and EMs to ensure our project delivery and resourcing is aligned with the technical requirements
  • Soliciting and challenging client requirements, presenting and facilitating workshops, analysing data, and configuring solutions in Workday and business analysis
  • Collaborating with your colleagues across our HR and Financials transformation teams, and wider PwC network to identify and create solutions that bring value to our clients
  • Taking responsibility for development of more junior colleagues through career coaching and mentoring
Desired Qualifications
  • Workday Financials experience is preferred, but other ERP experience will be considered
