Description:
Join Sanofi’s innovative team and contribute to cutting-edge drug discovery research. We are looking for a motivated Co-op student to support our Structural Biology group. The role involves using Cryo-Electron Microscopy (CryoEM) and X-ray Crystallography to study protein complex structures and assist ongoing drug discovery projects.

Qualifications:
Enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Master, or Ph.D. program in Structural Biology, Biochemistry, Biophysics, or related fields with the expectation that you will complete your current degree by the Spring 2027.
Some experience with protein biochemistry is a plus.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Must be enrolled in school the semester following your internship/co-op with Sanofi.
Must be able to relocate to the office location and work 40 hrs./week for the full duration of the internship/Co-op
Must have permanent US work authorization
Candidate will learn to:
Prepare protein samples and perform structural analysis using CryoEM and X-ray Crystallography.
Analyze and interpret data to support the development of novel drug candidates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to project design and experimental planning.
Document experimental results and present findings to the team.
Participate in lab meetings and contribute to the advancement of ongoing research projects.
