Salary Range: 29 to 31 (Currency: USD) (Pay period: per-hour-wage)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct source inspection activities at two supplier locations in Wichita, Kansas.
• Collaborate closely with suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Utilize various inspection methods and tools to verify product integrity and adherence to engineering requirements.
• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of mechanical and composites components.
• Compile comprehensive inspection reports and sign-off sheets.
• Validate equipment calibration and inspection methodology suitability.
• Review First Article Inspection (FAI) reports for completeness and compliance.
• Ensure shipping documentation accuracy and completeness.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Quality Inspector or similar role.
• Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and inspection plans.
• Familiarity with inspection tools, CMM programs and visual inspection techniques.
• Knowledge of aerospace or automotive industry standards (e.g., AS9100, ISO 9001).

• Possession of a personal vehicle for transportation between supplier sites.
