Simplify Jobs

Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • Q1FY27 revenue jumped 119.3% to ₹689.93 lakh, showing post-IPO momentum.
  • Management targets 20–22% revenue from ZEROTOUCH and 150 machines, expanding upside.
  • August 2026 investor materials show active Gulf expansion planning and new growth vectors.

What critics are saying

  • IPO proceeds were only 66% deployed by June 30, 2026, slowing execution discipline.
  • Revenue concentration is rising around ZEROTOUCH, creating dependency on one unproven platform.
  • A diluted public float and aggressive borrowing authority from August 2026 increase capital-allocation risk.

What makes Infoways unique

  • Infinity Infoway’s August 2026 strategy centers on ZEROTOUCH, AI in Education, and AI in Manufacturing.
  • Its IPO-funded ZEROTOUCH DaaS already has patent protection and over 150 planned deployments.
  • Rajkot-based ERP software plus education and manufacturing verticals creates a narrower, product-led positioning.
