Requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • 1-2 years of experience at Media Agency, Creative Agency, Entertainment or Marketing team
Responsibilities
  • Assist in all team organizational and creative needs through project management, strategic brainstorming, and PowerPoint deck creation
  • Brainstorm and research new cultural partnership opportunities for key clients
  • Liaison between multiple teams (creative, talent, planning, investment, and external partners)
  • Create client statuses, meeting agendas, and author notes for team use post meetings
  • Draft point of views on potential entertainment and partnership opportunities to pitch to clients
  • Organize and track all campaign deliverables throughout campaign execution
  • Assist team in developing targeted, 360 media programs to deliver on clients’
  • Collaborate on building partnerships and relationships with key content developers, publishers, studios, platforms, and vendors
  • Identify consumer trends and first-to-market opportunities relevant to brand objectives
  • Design and format decks for pitches and client presentations
  • Maintain knowledge of industry news and developments, conduct brainstorms for a variety of brand teams, report on the competitive landscape, and apply solutions to marketing needs
  • Work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment with a diverse group of counterparts
  • Ability to support and manage a variety of projects simultaneously
