Role Overview:
The SpringHill Company is seeking a driven Production Intern for 10 weeks. As a Production intern, you will have the exciting opportunity to work on a multitude of projects and tasks both administrative & creative tasks, and attend weekly meetings with our Production Executives and Line Producers.
REPORTS TO: Executive in Charge
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Join and create updated slides for Weekly WarmUp meetings
- Attend Production and Studio Teams weekly meetings
- Attend creative/concept meetings
- Provide notes and feedback from meetings as needed
- Help with staffing production employees for various projects by sourcing resumes
- Track and organize all team crew databases
- Learn how to budget for a project/show
- P-Card tracking and Production spends with LineProducers
- Work on-set of projects and shoots
- Light scheduling and administrative duties
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university or no longer than 1 year post-undergraduate or graduate degree during the length of the program
- Available to work full-time (40 hours per week)
- Must be seeking to strengthen their knowledge and gain expertise in the unscripted/documentary and brand partnerships space
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Be able to handle fast-paced environments and various personalities
- Organized, technology savvy, and willing to take initiative
- Must be good with time management and able to multitask
