Requirements
  • 6–10 years experience in partnerships, business development, or go-to-market roles at a B2B SaaS or fintech company.
  • Proven experience building and scaling partner programs with vertical platforms and ecosystem players.
  • Ability to manage both strategic thinking and execution: from pipeline building and deal negotiation to enablement and performance tracking.
  • Experience working with platform APIs or embedded fintech products is a strong advantage.
  • Commercial fluency—able to speak the language of product, sales, and legal to close meaningful deals.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partner strategy across vertical and horizontal opportunities.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of reseller and referral partners that contribute to net-new revenue.
  • Identify and prioritize key vertical opportunities (e.g., creator platforms, talent marketplaces, music distributors) and lead the partner acquisition process end-to-end.
  • Create partner programs, playbooks, and frameworks to support scalable onboarding, enablement, and joint selling.
  • Lead horizontal motions with tax advisors, accounting firms, and fintech platforms to unlock multi-vertical distribution and influence.
  • Structure and negotiate commercial agreements that balance scalability with flexibility.
  • Track and report on partner performance metrics, including sourced pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue impact.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing to align on integration opportunities, co-marketing initiatives, and partner feedback loops.
  • Represent Trolley at industry events and partner summits to build visibility and strengthen relationships.
