Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in event planning, field marketing, or related roles
  • Proven track record of successfully executing field events that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality experiences for event attendees
  • Proficiency with event management software, marketing automation platforms, and CRM systems
  • Willingness to travel as needed for event execution and attendance (estimated travel up to 25%)
Responsibilities
  • Produce in-person and virtual events from concept through completion
  • Help manage all aspects of event logistics
  • Work cross-functionally with demand generation, PR, Product Marketing, Field Sales, Marketing Ops, and SDR teams
  • Build relationships with Field Sales teams
  • Ensure leads are imported into Hubspot and Salesforce campaigns
  • Enable follow-up through cadences
