Rezilient Health provides employer-sponsored direct primary and specialty care through its CloudClinic hybrid model, combining in-person, nurse-facilitated visits with remote physician guidance. Patients visit neighborhood clinics where a nurse uses connected diagnostic tools while a live physician reviews data and conducts exams remotely, enabling same-day access to primary and specialty care plus 24/7 virtual care. The company differentiates itself with remote-physician presence in the room, a scalable clinic network, and value-based pricing tied to health outcomes, aiming to reduce emergency room visits and hospitalizations. Its goal is to make multispecialty care more affordable and accessible for self-insured employers and their employees by delivering coordinated care at a predictable subscription price.

What believers are saying

  • December 15, 2025 WakeMed partnership validates Rezilient with a major health system.
  • March 16, 2026 Clayton ribbon cutting proves the model operationally in North Carolina.
  • September 2026 messaging targets self-insured employers seeking lower ER and hospitalization spend.

What critics are saying

  • Growth depends on converting WakeMed pilots into corporate clients later in 2026.
  • Series A proceeds total only $10 million, limiting multi-state clinic buildout speed.
  • If employers reject zero-dollar hybrid care economics, Rezilient loses its core value proposition.

What makes Rezilient Health unique

  • CloudClinic pairs remote physicians with on-site nurses for same-day hybrid exams.
  • WakeMed launched four Rezilient CloudClinics across Raleigh in January 2026.
  • Rezilient sells employer benefits with $0 out-of-pocket care and one predictable monthly fee.
