Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Project Management, or Business Analytics in the SaaS industry
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience with Salesforce administration and architecture
  • Understanding of Go To Market tools and relationships between systems
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives at once
  • Ability to absorb and react to the changes of a growing organization
Responsibilities
  • You will work under the guidance of RevOps and the Sales Operations Center of Excellence to translate customer needs into a prioritized roadmap for deployment within our GTM tools
  • Act as a project lead on a variety of initiatives, driving timely execution and transparency with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Act as a business partner by conducting in-depth interviews with business SMEs, product managers, and stakeholders to define requirements for prioritized initiatives
  • Work closely with development teams, regularly attend sprint ceremonies, and ensure alignment on prioritization and feature development
  • Define and track success metrics for adoption and utilization of tools and services and identify areas for improvement
  • Identify process gaps or areas for improvement to optimize how tools and systems are leveraged
  • Create enablement materials to ensure the successful deployment of initiatives
