- Determine responsibility for nonconformities based on where the nonconformity was detected and record the result in SAP.
- Inform suppliers of nonconformities for which they are responsible and record the notification through the quality portal within a maximum of 24 hours.
- Implement supply-chain containment actions, including stock blocking, stock sorting, and control keys.
- Manage corrective actions for restoring conformity that are requested from suppliers or performed internally, and verify their implementation.
- Update nonconformity reports in SAP daily as needed.
- Keep relevant stakeholders informed about actions undertaken.
- Participate in TNC and position-marguerite governance meetings.
- Participate in production-chain governance meetings (marguerites).
- Actively participate in continuous-improvement actions aimed at reducing internally caused nonconformities.
