Ardian sells quality management firm TRIGO to Montyon Capital

Ardian has sold its stake in TRIGO, a global leader in quality management for the transportation sector, to French investment fund Montyon Capital. The transaction remains subject to competition authority clearance. Founded in 1997, TRIGO provides inspection, quality engineering and industrial performance management services to automotive, aerospace and rail manufacturers. The company operates in over 25 countries with more than 12,000 employees. Since acquiring its stake in 2016, Ardian supported TRIGO's transformation through 12 acquisitions in the US and Europe, expanding its geographic footprint to nearly 30 countries and diversifying beyond automotive into aerospace, rail and defence. The company also broadened its service offering to include quality engineering, analysis and auditing. Ardian currently manages or advises $200 billion across private equity, real assets and credit.
