Requirements
  • You have a bachelor’s degree or post-secondary education in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • You have 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer/Specialist.
  • You have completed the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator, Email Specialist, and Developer certifications.
  • You have experience working on campaign metrics such as conversion, unsubscribe, and bounce rates, as well as IP reputation, deliverability.
  • Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AMP Script for building and designing visually appealing email templates.
  • You have strong knowledge of APIs, external sources integration.
  • You have experience or exposure working on Marketing Cloud Implementations in the Retail Space.
  • You have a proactive attitude to platform enhancements.
  • You build strong test scripts and thoroughly test your solutions.
  • You have strong attention to detail and ability to create & follow documentation.
  • You have demonstrated success working in an Agile methodology, are familiar with tools like Jira and DevOps practice.
  • You have excellent communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities
  • Communicating project and operation status, issues, risks and resolutions in an agile development methodology.
  • Providing coaching to your peers on the Salesforce development teams in all phases of the project life cycle.
  • Building and architecting solutions in Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Cloud Pages.
  • Understanding of marketing automation technology and salesforce marketing cloud ecosystem of integrations and integrations REST & SOAP, WSProxy.
  • Working and building GDPR & CCPA processes withing marketing cloud environments.
  • Building and continually evolving the DevOps process at Arc’teryx with industry trends and best practices.
  • Developing and managing integration endpoints from the Salesforce platform and understand, develop, and manage Salesforce external service.
  • Working with large volumes of data and building data mapping processes to marketing cloud and other integrations.
  • Analyzing Salesforce technical debt and propose solutions and implement solutions.
  • Proactively maintenance of system and code monitoring including security reviews, release updates, code reviews of other developers.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security, and integration capabilities.
  • Providing documentation, training, consulting and insights on Salesforce best practices, trends, and upcoming features to Arc’teryx teams.
  • Developing functional specifications and designs for future focused complex applications, or modifying/maintaining complex existing applications.
  • Reviewing the designs and code of team members, often in collaboration with colleagues and Architects.
