Responsibilities
  • Develop process and product quality standards and quality plans
  • Lead the development of PFMEAs, Process Control Plans, and test/inspection procedures
  • Support the development, deployment, and improvement of critical quality system elements
  • Ensure quality standards for incoming materials
  • Oversee review and release of shippable product and disposition of non-conforming material
  • Provide and leverage product and process quality data for continuous improvement
  • Participate in customer-facing quality discussions and audits
  • Lead problem-solving teams for issue resolution and corrective actions
  • Support operational objectives
