Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales targets and all commercial KPIs for a set of clients within specified category/categories
  • Manage pipeline of clients for sales across dunnhumby’s capability areas (eg insights, assortment, promotions, attitudinal research)
  • Deliver the full B2B sales cycle through Lead Generation, Discovery, Qualification, Pitching, Negotiation and Close for your own set of clients
  • Accurately forecast sales for your area by period, quarter and year, ensuring relevant systems reflect latest pipeline on weekly basis
  • Broaden network of contacts to maximise growth potential by developing commercially valuable relationships at all levels within your client base
  • Build close working relationship with Client Success counterparts in order to ensure optimum customer satisfaction and commercial performance
  • Maintain all required skills & complete necessary training and act in line with our values and Code of Business
