Taboola’s Global Employer Branding Team is responsible for branding Taboola as a great place to work, attracting and engaging talented professionals to join our talent community, and communicating our Taboola culture both internally and externally through various communication channels.

We’re looking for an experienced employment branding professional to join us and help grow our employer brand in the regions and  countries we operate in.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing 

As a Manager, Employer Branding, you’ll be part of the global Taboola Marketing organization and work in close collaboration with the Global Talent Acquisition Team. You’ll be responsible for supporting the overarching strategy and many initiatives aimed at enhancing Taboola’s employer brand. Some of these include:

• Working closely with various stakeholders across the organization to understand their unique hiring and branding challenges, strategizing on a marketing plan and bringing it to life.
• Overseeing and managing online and offline marketing events, campaigns and activities focused on communicating our employer brand and attracting the right professionals to our talent community.
• Creating culture-focused content and sharing it with external audiences through a multitude of channels, including social media.
• Building long-term relationships with communities, professionals and influencers to help promote Taboola’s employer brand in our industry.
• Partnering with the Global Talent Acquisition Organization to manage our employer of choice award submissions and presence on various job boards and diversity platforms including; Glassdoor, LinkedIn,BuiltIn, Google, YouTube,  and more.
• Working with various Taboola Marketing and Talent Acquisition stakeholders to ensure we have a strong employer branding presence on mainstream and social media
