Securitas appoints Alan Rae as area director for UK North and BAE Systems. Posted on Friday, April 10, 2026 Share: SECURITAS UK has announced the appointment of Alan Rae to the newly created and expanded role of area director for UK North and BAE Systems. Effective immediately, Rae will continue to lead the company's strategic partnership with BAE Systems, while also taking responsibility for the multi-client branch network across the North of the UK. Rae joined Securitas back in 2007 and has built extensive experience across both operational and commercial leadership roles during his career with the organisation. For the last five years, he has led the account team responsible for BAE Systems, helping to transform both the business and the client partnership alongside members of the team. This new role reflects both the strength of Rae's leadership and the strategic importance of the BAE Systems partnership. Securitas is firmly viewed as a trusted partner by BAE Systems and Rae will retain overall leadership of the BAE Systems account, while further strengthening the account team structure.
