Responsibilities
  • Identify potential target markets, industries, and enterprises for the sales team to focus on
  • Providing leadership, guidance, and support to the sales team to ensure they meet or exceed targets
  • Conducting regular team meetings and one on one coaching sessions to discuss progress, challenges, and strategies for improvement
  • Motivate and inspire team members to maintain high levels of performance and productivity
  • Provide training and coaching to sales reps on product knowledge, sales techniques, and negotiation skills
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and offer constructive feedback to help the account managers improve their sales capabilities
  • Identify areas for skill development and organize relevant training sessions or workshops
  • Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of opportunities and deals are progressing forward
  • Analyzing sales data and trends to forecast future revenue and identify areas for improvement
  • Implementing tactics to accelerate the sales cycle and close deals more effectively
