Koch "By investing in the people, infrastructure and services that define both SOS and Koch, we're positioning the business and our customers for long-term success," he added. The parent company said more acquisitions could be on the slate, particularly in the warehousing and fulfillment arena. Koch Cos.' last acquisition was Logistics Edge in 2021. The company - which is celebrating its 50th year in business in 2026 - has five divisions: Koch Trucking, Koch NationaLease, United Trailer Leasing, Koch Logistics and Koch Maritime.
