Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Build, qualify, advance, and close a high-quality pipeline using disciplined customer relationship management hygiene, accurate forecasting, and consistent stage progression.
  • Develop and grow strategic accounts with contract research organizations, large medical centers, reference laboratories, and diagnostic providers across the United States.
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes spanning scientific, operational, procurement, and executive audiences.
  • Identify and structure private-label and partnership opportunities while navigating original equipment manufacturer and white-label deal structures with cross-functional support.
  • Position Streck quality-control solutions in terms of compliance, risk reduction, and operational value when speaking with laboratory directors, quality leaders, and scientific stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Support to move opportunities forward and resolve internal blockers.
  • Stay current on clinical flow cytometry applications, regulatory frameworks including the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments and the College of American Pathologists, and evolving customer needs.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with CROs, reference laboratories, large medical centers, or diagnostic providers.
  • Exposure to private-label, original equipment manufacturer, or partnership deal structures.
  • Hands-on clinical or translational flow cytometry laboratory experience.
  • Experience with LAMP or a similar structured qualification methodology.
  • An advanced degree (Master of Science, Doctor of Philosophy, or Master of Business Administration).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power BI.

Streck gets IVD clearance for MDx-Chex controls, launches blood culture tube. May 19, 2026 - Streck has received in vitro diagnostic clearance for three MDx-Chex controls for sepsis testing. MDx-Chex for BCY, MDx-Chex for BCP, and MDx-Chex for BCN are patient-like, ready-to-use, full-process molecular quality controls designed for verification of the Diasorin Liaison Plex yeast, Gram-positive, and Gram-negative blood culture assays, respectively. The controls are supplied in 10 single-use vial kits and feature room temperature storage. In a separate release, Streck announced the launch of its Nucleic Acid Plus BCT blood collection tube. Formerly known as Protein Plus BCT, this product has expanded its intended use claims to include cell-free DNA, cell-free RNA, extracellular vesicles, and select plasma proteins in an aim to better suit downstream multianalyte applications. Nucleic Acid Plus BCT provides stabilization of whole blood samples at ambient temperature (18°-25°C), with cfDNA and cfRNA remaining stable in stored samples for up to seven days and EVs and select plasma proteins remaining stable for up to five days. This allows for multianalyte analysis from a single draw. The tube's proprietary preservative reagent stabilizes nucleated blood cells, red blood cells, and platelets while minimizing ex vivo hemolysis and platelet activation. Nucleic Acid Plus BCT is for research use only and available as a 5-mL configuration in packs of six, boxes of 100, or cases of 1,000. A 10-mL configuration is expected to launch later this year.

This expanded coverage is in response to customer feedback, particularly the member laboratories of the Antimicrobial Resistance Laboratory Network (ARLN) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), who have identified gene families and allelic variants of increasing diversity and relevance and require a surveillance method that can effectively detect them.
