  • Advise, coach, and guide management on employee relations decisions
  • Work with People Partners and Legal on employee relations issues
  • Evolve employee relations processes across the company
  • Support business leaders in handling workplace concerns
  • Ensure oversight of policies and practices globally
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of employee matters
  • Use HR analytics to identify trends and make recommendations
  • Advocate for an inclusive workplace and drive accountability
  • Stay attuned to organizational changes for employee relations risks
  • Partner with internal departments for employee experience initiatives
  • Support training initiatives and development of management toolkits
  • Participate in People team projects
  • Champion and embed company cultural values
