Work collaboratively with product management, corporate marketing, and sales enablement to deliver assets, content, and training
Perform funnel analysis, identify optimization opportunities, and take appropriate action with a cross organizational team
Lead webinars when required
Support sales teams directly with product and persona knowledge
Identify and write customer success stories
Maintain competitive intelligence on the area(s) of product you support
Actively look for ways to help Harness achieve its product marketing goals

POSITION SUMMARY

As a Product Marketing Manager / Director of Product Marketing at Harness, you’ll work closely with the Product Management team to understand the product roadmap and build launch assets. This role will partner closely with our Continuous Integration (CI), Product, Engineering and sales team. You will provide technical enablement to the sales team as needed for the CI product line you are responsible for. You will work to understand the target audience, key issues they are experiencing, our unique value proposition, and competitive differentiators related to specific product modules. You will use this knowledge to develop GTM strategies and tactics, messaging, content, and training, as well as to influence product design decisions and timelines. We are seeking a Product Marketer that has been a technologist in the past. The ideal candidate will have been a developer, DevOps, or have held some other relevant technology position at some point.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $172,000 - $202,000 annually. Salary is determined by a combination of factors including location, level, relevant experience, and skills. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. The compensation package for this position also includes a commission/variable component, which is based on performance, plus equity, and benefits.
