Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Support incoming calls, answer emails, and interact with clients through chat and video conference within established department standards.
  • Assist clients with ACH, Remote Deposit Capture, wire transfers, Positive Pay, and Online Banking.
  • Assist clients with temporary and permanent increases for ACH, external transfers, Zelle, Remote Deposit Capture, and wire transfers.
  • Open new accounts.
  • Onboard new Treasury Management Services and provide post-onboarding troubleshooting.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries and research requests.
  • Process client transactions, including deposits, internal transfers, non-post items, Remote Deposit Items, stop payments, and wire transfers.
  • Conduct daily client contact regarding overdraft reports, ACH, Positive Pay exceptions, check verification, wire verification, and returned deposited items.
  • Process Verification of Deposit and credit-rating requests.
  • Offer additional bank products and services to maximize banking relationships.
  • Complete assigned daily and monthly tasks and duties.
  • Ensure compliance with bank and department standards, including GLBA, BSA, and security protocols.
  • Maintain accounts, process address changes, and process commercial loan payments.
  • Prepare and process account-change requests.
  • Complete monthly reconciliation, account certifications, client report management, and CDARS activities.
  • Travel to client sites as required to open new accounts, collect signatures, and troubleshoot Remote Deposit Capture functionality onsite.
  • Adhere to established department standards and guidelines and follow all policies and procedures.
  • Identify and resolve client issues through a single point of contact.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and bank operations, Private Banking Officers, the Client Contact Center, and branches to deliver quality services and meet client needs.
  • Monitor client portfolios and offer products and services to meet banking needs while acquiring deposit growth.
  • Train clients on new Treasury Management Services to support optimal delivery and implementation needs.
  • Review, monitor, and detect fraudulent activity in email requests to mitigate risk and loss exposure.
  • Execute Know Your Customer and due-diligence policies to detect and prevent fraudulent activity and financial loss to the bank.
