Hi, we’re Oscar. We’re hiring a Network Specialist II to join our Market P&L team.

About the role
The Network Specialist II supports membership growth and management. This is done by supporting their team to execute the local network strategy and ensuring providers across our service area have the information and support they need to provide best-in-class member care and drive quality outcomes.
You will report to a Market P&L Leader.

Pay Transparency:
The pay for this role in the states of California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, and Washington is: $28.85 - $37.86 per hour. The pay for this role in all other locations is: $25.96 - $34.07 per hour. You are also eligible for employee benefits, and monthly vacation accrual up to 10 days per year.
Responsibilities
- Support the design and execution of a network construction plan for a market / several markets with support from your manager.
- Support overall contract negotiations, working with leaders to align on contracting strategies, that bring new partners into our network.
- Working with senior analysts and management support the Identification, sourcing, and contracting efforts with providers in a region
- Document and share provider feedback, objections and questions to support the continuous improvement of templates and processes.
- Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree, or 1+ years healthcare or healthcare related field.
- 1+ years of work experience in finance, performance management, operations, consulting, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience with Word, Excel, and Powerpoint (or Google suite equivalent).
- 1+ years of experience in a client facing or customer support capacity.
- 1+ experience with project management.
Bonus Points
- Experience negotiating contracts, specifically with ancillaries, facilities, specialty providers, and physician groups.
- Experience in a customer support/customer service role.

Pay Transparency: Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
