THE POSITION – VIP Nation Intern
Are you looking for an exciting internship experience? Our paid Internship Program provides real-world experience for students who are interested in the live entertainment industry. After finishing this program, you will have gained broad experience in various aspects live entertainment business. You can also expect to apply your academic learning to real-world situations and cultivate your leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. This is a part-time position, up to 25 hours per week.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Deliver exemplary customer service to maintain customer loyalty
Answer inbound calls or emailed inquiries to resolve our customer concerns
Liaise between VIP Nation staff and customers including communicating VIP itineraries, creating guest lists, and other logistics for VIP events
Support creation and execution of social media campaigns & strategy
Assist in reporting VIP sales and managing ticket inventory
Manage and file customer refunds and charge backs
General office duties including: filing invoices, customer waivers, refunds, scanning, copying, checking the mail
